Kyoto is my hometown. Kyoto used to be the capital in the past, there are a lot of great historical buildings and world heritage. Kyoto is very unique in Japan and one of the famous sightseeing place in the world. In this blog, I tell you the traveling plan in Kyoto.

1. Wearing traditional dress - Kimono
When you come to Kyoto, what I recommend you to do the most is wearing Japanese traditional dress called Kimono. To wear this, you will feel as if you were the princess in Japan. Of course there are Kimono for men as well. Wearing Kimono makes you feel more fun walking around the town. For enjoying sightseeing, I recommend you to wear this!

2. sightseeing the shrine
There are so many shrines and temples in Kyoto, that you cannot visit all the shrines in one day.
Because we believe that there are gods in every shrines, if you choose some shrines to visit, I am sure that you will get good luck!
If you want to enjoy walking and have fun in the shrine, why don't you visit Fushimi Inari Shrine? There are Souvenir shops and small cafe in the Shrine, you must have fun there!

3. Having sweet of Kyoto
Do you know Macha? It is Japanese traditional food, but it comes from Kyoto!
When you come to Kyoto, you can have original and genuine Macha sweets.
It is really tasty and there are variety of sweets, not only Macha or in this picture, so how about to try sweets of Kyoto you have never seen before?
4. decorating Japanese traditional sweets
After having Japanese traditional food, how about try to make the sweets like you will have eaten? There are some store where you can challenge to decorate sweets. The pro craftman teaches you how to create the pattern on the sweets. It should be new and memorable experience for you!
5. visit a hot- spring spot
After walking around in Kyoto, you must have enjoyed but feel tired, don't you?
Then, what you should do next is to visit the hot spring. The hot spring is called Onsen in Japanese, you can discover Onsen a lot.

6. Relax outside of the room
After going to Hot spring, you may want to feel cool wind outside.
Then, I want you to visit Kamogawa river. It is bright here because there are a lot of restaurant opening until late night, and there are a lot of people have a comfortable time there. You can drink alcohol and have some snacks with your friends. How about enjoy the night there?
